Account Eligibility and the One-Account Rule

You must be at least 18 years old to register. This requirement is confirmed by a checkbox on the registration form. Each user may open only one account, a rule stated clearly in our terms. If multiple accounts linked to the same person are found, those accounts are reviewed.

Regional Restrictions

Casino Luks does not provide services in certain countries and territories. These are listed in our terms and include Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, the Republic of Cyprus, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Singapore, the USA, Australia, the United Kingdom, Israel, Iran, Italy, North Korea, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, the Kahnawake Mohawk Territory (Canada), and Estonia. Turkey is not included on this list.

Identity Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are asked for your first and last name, preferably in Latin characters, along with details from an identity document. Casino Luks may verify your age, your country of residence, and your current location. Identity verification may be requested at any time.

Transfers between accounts are not permitted, and transfers received from third parties are not accepted. Withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the deposit. Your IP address and browser data are logged automatically.

Payment Methods

Some users assume that card payments are available. That is not the case: Casino Luks accepts only Havale/IBAN bank transfer methods and cryptocurrency, with no debit or credit card option. The Havale/IBAN methods include FinPay Hızlı Havale, Mega Havale, Mpay Fast Banka IBAN, TrinkPara Havale IBAN, and a standard Havale transfer. Crypto options include TRON, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, and Binance Pay.

Do not send a payment below the amount requested on the site; an underpayment can result in the deposit being lost. Send only the exact amount shown at the time of your deposit.

Bonus Terms

Some users assume every bonus carries the same wagering requirement. In fact, each bonus package has its own wagering multiplier and validity period. The welcome casino package, for example, carries a x35 wagering requirement, and the bonus must be wagered within 5 days of being credited. If bonus abuse is detected, the related transactions are reviewed and participation may be cancelled.
